Hey folks-
I want to tell you about a book my good friend Tory Zellick put together, the Medical Day Planner. We all hope that we remain healthy and never need more than a check-up from our medical system…but what if that is not the case? Tory put this book together after navigating the tragedy of her mother’s 6 year battle with breast cancer. She saw the best and worst of our medical system, and realized most people need some way of organizing a huge amount of critical information surrounding doctors visits, medications etc. If you can pass this along to medical professionals, heads of hospitals etc it will help a lot of people.

About the Author:
Tory Zellick is a young woman who transitioned into adulthood while caring for, and emotionally supporting, her mother through a six-and-a-half year battle with breast cancer. At the age of eighteen, Tory found herself traveling the unanticipated path of caregiver; overwhelmed and unsure of what was to come next.
After her mother’s passing in 2009, Tory, along with her father and brother, spent time traveling through South East Asia, reflecting on all that had occurred over the past several years. Out of that reflection time was born The Medical Day Planner. It is Tory’s hope that The Medical Day Planner will provide organizational help and guidance to others who find themselves in a similar caregiving situation.
